The Pategras is a variety specifically from Argentina and Cuba, from the Edad and Gouda cheeses.
It comes in three ways> 700 g, 3.5 kg and 3 kg bars.
You can pick of mixed flavors and any of them could be unsalted.
We really care for the cheese presentation. Stella herself paints each of the little cheeses and there is one drawing for each each different flavor.
